Keeping the Momentum Tip # 7

Keeping the Momentum Tip # 7

...guides and informs providing the way to better your best. That's why it is always a good idea to:

Monitor your progress. Here are two insightful questions to ask yourself on a periodic basis: What went well? What, if anything, can I do differently the next time?

Taking time to inquire, better yet write it down so you have a record and resource to monitor your progress.

What went well before, during and after. Depending on your situation, also remember to ask what went well with the beginning, middle and end.

The second question does not imply anything went wrong. It is simply asking if there might be anything you would do differently to enhance or improve future experiences.

Monitoring your progress is another way to review how far you have come.
