Keeping the Momentum Tip #4

So far on the way to Keeping the Momentum, you:

* have given yourself permission,
* are honoring your natural way,
* look for insight into what has worked

and now your next step is to...

Create a plan of action. Knowing in advance what you intend to do makes it easier for keeping the momentum going long after the meeting, seminar or event. Planning is time well spent.

Your plan of action can be as simple or elaborate as you like. Do make sure it is specific, realistic and that you have time included. By that I am referring to estimates for how much time something is going to take, when you intend to begin, frequency (if relevant) and end dates (for those things that are time bound). Block out time on your calendar to create and regularly review your plan of action keeping your momentum going .

Also, remember a plan of action is an effective support tool, not a burden. It serves to keep you focused, remind you of what you are keeping momentum for, as well as energize you.
