Keeping the Momentum Tip #10

Keeping the Momentum Tip # 10 fits in well with the current season, it's fall in the USA.

Understand your rhythms and cycles. The ebb and flow of life can affect your momentum. Some things naturally take more time than others.

Everyone has their natural way for doing things. Trust yourself and trust what you know to be true for you. Of course, this doesn't mean you can't be flexible.

Keeping the Momentum...Naturally!

Keeping the Momentum Tip #5

Tip #5 identifies one of the key things you can do to keep the momentum going:

Keep things simple and realistic. Make it a point to select one or two things to do initially. Once they become a natural part of your behavior, or you determine that 'it' isn't right for you, select one or two more to implement.

Making note of your experiences along the way allows for the opportunity to get valuable information. This information provides insight that leads to greater clarity, focus and confidence. Also, keeping things simple and realistic:

* is a form of self-care.
* reduces stress.
* supports you personally and professionally.
* builds skills through a series of small successes.

In Simplicity,

Keeping the Momentum: Tip #1

This is the first of a multi-part series on how to keep the momentum, whether it's with a project, learning something new, making changes/enhancements in our lives...personally or professionally. Having a guide to support us along the way can make all the difference before, during and after.
Tip #1: Give Yourself Permission

I know it sounds simple. Yet, this may be the one thing for many that may have been holding them back from achieving desired results or simply taking the next step. Another thing to remember: you are your own white knight. You don't have to wait for someone else to take care of you or give you the go signal. So, begin to take charge of your life now by starting new, starting fresh.

Give yourself permission. Keeping the momentum going is a gift we can easily give ourselves.

Here's to Keeping the Momentum,
